MAREAL joined the STAPEM OFFSHORE group in 2016. STAPEM OFFSHORE activity and know-how covers subsea works and inspection with divers and ROVs, marine operations, O&M of offshore facilities and installation.

Operational in Angola since 1989, in Congo since 2009, STAPEM Offshore has the capability to complete multi-discipline engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning and maintenance projects.
Their office in Angola is located in Luanda Center at Bairro Azul and their operational base is located to the Port on Sonils Base with warehouses, workshops, storage yards, transportation facilities and guest houses. Operations are also organised from Kwanda Base in Soyo.
Their front office in Congo is based in Pointe-Noire where STAPEM Offshore proposes similar services as in Angola.
